BRC was a member to the European Network for Better Regulation (ENBR) (enbr.org). ENBR was a pan-European network, funded by European Commission, aimed at improving and disseminating the current knowledge of regulatory processes as well as the degree and mode of implementation of impact assessment in EU member states and targeted third countries – Croatia, Serbia, Moldova and Ukraine.
The aim of this project was to build capacity for civil servants in conducting regulatory impact assessment and to train a group of local trainers to deliver the RIA course on permanent basis. This assignment was carried out just before RIA became mandatory in Moldova.
